Data deletion
Sus Hi, LLC deletes Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger data from SocialHQ when you ask. SocialHQ is a social media management tool for restaurant businesses, franchise groups, and franchisees. We do not sell that data. Email funly@sushieatstation.com.
What we delete
A completed request removes the SocialHQ records for that Meta user:
- Facebook Page, Instagram, and Messenger tokens.
- The connected account record (page id, Instagram id, handle).
- Post delivery details, network post ids, and permalinks for that account.
- Insights stored for that account or those posts.
- Comments and Messenger messages stored for that account.
Drafts your team wrote in the planner are not Meta's copy of the post. Those stay until the team deletes them. The raw Meta user id is not kept on the deletion receipt. We keep a confirmation code, the time, a count of records removed, and a hash of the user id so this status page can be checked later.
How to ask Meta
- Open Facebook Settings, then Apps and websites.
- Remove SocialHQ.
- Meta sends a signed deletion request to SocialHQ. We check the signature with the app secret, delete the records above, and return a confirmation code.
- Open the status link Meta shows you, or go to the status page and add the code.
How to ask us directly
Email funly@sushieatstation.com with the subject "SocialHQ data deletion" and the Facebook or Instagram account you connected. We reply with a confirmation code. There is no fee.
Status
The status page shows whether the request is complete and how many records were removed. If nothing was stored, the page says that, and the request is still complete. Check a code at /data-deletion/status.
We do not sell data
Sus Hi, LLC does not sell personal information. Deletion is not a sale, and we do not keep a copy to sell. See the privacy policy for retention and the categories of Meta data SocialHQ handles.
